Overview


Battle of the Jukskei 2015 will be a unique team event. Event will require teams to work together as never before and for individuals to push harder than they ever done.

The event will require teams to be as balanced as possible and workouts will be structured to challenge the teams game plans and strategic planning, from workout selection to execution.
Designated team captain has to be assigned and all athletes must come from the same box.

Each event (workout) will have prizes worth R5 000.00 from our sponsors and over all winners will also receive huge cash prize .

The Big Show
Workout 3/ 3Athletes will take part in this workout / with a rising bar on one platform 3 athletes has 7min to each get a 1RM Clean and Jerk / weight on bar may never decrease (rising bar) / only one athlete allowed on the platform at a time/ Athletes may get as many attempts as possible or needed / Only heaviest lift of each athlete will count towards score for event/ Score equals accumelative total of the 3 1RM lifts

Workout 4 will involve all 5 team members with 2 scoring opertunities/ Athlete A and B will have 5 min to complete 100 (10kg)med ball throws 4m appart (first scoring opertunity)/ At excactly 5 Min on a running clock the rest of the team will have the opertunity to finish the following (only 2 of the 3 may work at a time ,other partner must wait in waiting area untill replaced): Reps 9-15-21-28 Syncronised Burpee over Bar and Buddy Push Press(80kg)/ 15 Min Time cap

Workout 5 /This workout includes all 5 team members again/ 3 scoring opertunities / With a 7 min time cap Athlete 1 + 2 completes a FRAN each , one athlete must be completed before next athlete starts.(First scoring opertunity) THEN with a 5 min time cap athlete 3 + 4 Completes a ISABEL each , one athlete must be completed before second athlete starts (second scoring opertunity ) Then with a 3Min time cap athlete 5 must complete 30 Ring Muscle ups ./ Every rep not completed will be added onto each scoring oppertunity.

Semi Finals
10 Min Time cap 1 scoring opportunity 5 Men workout 10 Rounds for time 2 Athletes allowed on the arena at a time. Other athletes must wait in waiting area.Two athletes may only change when entire round is finished. Workout 4 Legless rope climbs 6 Deadlifts 160KG. Athletes on arena floor may share reps how they like but they may not work at the same time.

Finals
18 Min Time cap ;Chipper ;Athletes will be able to progress when athlete in front is finshed with exercise. Workout 500m Row :10 Burpee to Bar muscle ups ;15m Rack lunge 60kg (Must roll bar back )15 OHS 60kg ;45 GHD sit ups. Workout is completed when all 5 members has finished the GHD situps

Workout 1: For time- 20 Double Unders/10 Burpees-30 Double Unders/10 Burpees-40 Double Unders/10 Burpees. 1 person on the floor at a time,tag partner when swopping. Then all 3 members ROW MAX DISTANCE for rest of the 11min cap!

Workout 2/ 3 man wod/ 60 T2B - 45 Pistols OR 250 Air Sq - 30 KB Swings(16kg) - 30 KB Swings(24kg) - Sled Move(20M) - 80 ALTERNATING Box Jumps. Only 2 people aloud on the floor at a time,3rd member will be in a waiting area were they can be Tagged!

Workout 4/ First 4 min: score as many points as you can: Bar Muscle Up(10 POINTS)/ Chest to Bar(5 POINTS)/ Pull up(2 POINTS)- Athletes must choice one of the 3 movements and have to stick with that movement for the entire 4 min,athletes may choose the same movements/ 1 Athlete at a time on the Bar. Then straight into 6-12-18-24 of Sync Burpee& Sync DB Snatch(15KG)/ All 3 Athletes must be in sync!
